A breath work session helps you to remember how it feels to be at ease, calms your nervous system and brings you home to yourself. It lets go of racing through life and harshly pushing the body, always trying to contain and hold onto fear, breath work helps us to unlearn the breathing patterns of painful experiences that have made our breathing shallow and quick.

Experience Deep Rest & Renewal

I will show you how to use your breath as an anchor, allowing your breath to gently guide you back to you and your HEART.

I believe there is an innate wisdom within each of us… your body, mind, and spirit know how to heal.

Using  a very special  three part  breath process I will guide you through a  one hour somatic experience that  creates  space for  deep attention, allowing  shifts and beautiful release  to happen  that supports  your healing , returning you to ease and wholeness. When you soften into your breath, give space for your fear (tension, etc) to be here, and treat it reverently and gently, you are not only MANAGING your fear but you are creating the conditions for it to dissolve. This gentle therapeutic modality addresses issues of stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family, life direction, work and spirituality.

My intention throughout your time with me, is  to hold a sacred space that is safe and supportive for you to deeply breathe, to listen to your body and to compassionately guide you as your body  allows  inner  shifts to occur, reconnecting you THROUGH YOUR BREATH  to a sense of ease and wholeness that is always within you. In just 60 minutes, you will notice the calm, notice the aliveness within you, notice the ease… and notice the energy and love flowing within you and from you.

What To Expect

You will lie back in a recliner chair and I will gently guide you with a relaxation meditation to help you to be present in your body. As the music starts the invitation is for you to find a rhythm with your breath that works best for you.

As the music progresses I will guide you to go deeper into your relaxation and your breath. During your Breathwork session you may experience physical sensations, sounds or images of recent or past events. You may also access feelings or thoughts about various people or situations. Your breath will guide and support you as you begin to learn more about the reasons your body and mind hold onto these memories, feelings and thoughts.

By discovering and releasing unconscious limiting beliefs and suppressed emotions you can develop greater clarity in your life and approach your world with new and greater enthusiasm.

Preparation For Your Session

Please wear loose clothing and its recommended to not eat for 3 hours before your session. You will be going on a journey of self-kindness and compassion for yourself self-exploration and this can bring up emotions before you even start the session. Please be assured that this is normal and all part of your process. I will be there maintaining a safe space and providing assistance and  support.
