Breath-work is an incredible experience! Our  Breath is the first definitive process of our arrival in this world, not to mention the very last thing that we do before we leave this beautiful planet and earth plane. Everyone knows the benefits of breathing to reduce stress and anxiety, but very little is known about the more subtle and deeply conscious art of breathing.

Conscious Breath work is a specific breathing technique that induces a deeply healing and transformational altered state of consciousness which activates the body’s inner healing intelligence, expands awareness and relieves physical tension and stress in the body as well as trauma from the past and suppressed emotions. It cleanses the body, is powerfully insightful, unblocks stuck energy and re-balances the body on all levels creating positive shifts.

It’s an IN PERSON  introspective, eyes closed, lying down process to specific music.

Breathwork For Emotional Release

Breathwork is a healing modality that uses simple controlled breath patterns to take you into a deep state of consciousness where emotional healing can be more easily accessed. It works by helping you bypass the conscious mind, moving you into the subtle body to access the deeper layers of emotion, while gently supporting the nervous system.

I will show you how to use your breath as an anchor, allowing your breath to gently guide you back to you and your HEART.

I believe there is an innate wisdom within each of us… your body, mind, and spirit know how to heal.

Using  a very special  three part  breath process I will guide you through a  one hour somatic experience that  creates  space for  deep attention, allowing  shifts and beautiful release  to happen  that supports  your healing , returning you to ease and wholeness. When you soften into your breath, give space for your fear (tension, etc) to be here, and treat it reverently and gently, you are not only MANAGING your fear but you are creating the conditions for it to dissolve. This gentle therapeutic modality addresses issues of stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family, life direction, work and spirituality.
